Stay RHA is an optional employee rate lodging program available for RHA members. Enrolling allows your employees access to 50% off BAR at other participating properties. This program
is our most popular member benefit, and our members say it is a valuable benefit to be able to offer their employees.
Participation Rules:
Mandatory rate of at least 50% off BAR (or equivalent flat rate)
Employees may submit reservation requests 60 days before their reservation time (subject to availability)
Is your company properly prepared to host events this holiday season?
Does your event staff utilize a safety checklist prior to events, with an emphasis on slip/fall hazards?
Have you made sure your parking lots, stairs, railings, and pathways are in good condition?
Do you have adequate lighting in parking lots, stairwells, hallways, and around restrooms?
Is your F&B staff current on food safety and alcohol service training?
Will you be providing adequate security?

If you are outsourcing your security needs, are you using a contract that will protect your company's assets from your vendor's negligence? Send an email to Lori Wood to request contract language, or have your contract reviewed.
