Routine external audits occur to verify that physicians are practicing as listed. If a provider leaves your organization, Rochester RHIO must be informed promptly so that our team may take appropriate action in updating services. This is in accordance with Section 5: Terms and Conditions of your organization's Data Sharing Agreement with Rochester RHIO.
