Medical Director's Corner: *Just so you know...
Dear Friends and Colleagues,

Happy New Year from your newly appointed, part-time Medical Director at Rochester RHIO! After 37 years of successful, private group practice of gastroenterology, and after 18 months of retirement hiatus, I am back at work for the last six months.

Process change: Paper applications to be removed February 1, 2018
At Rochester RHIO, we have been transitioning to electronic applications! These are to be utilized by RHIO Administrators.

After logging in, RHIO Admins can click “Applications” in the upper left hand corner of the portal. RHIO Admins can then complete the application for a user within the organization and click “Submit.” This creates a reference number and case where the RHIO Support team will begin processing the application and issue services. Paper applications will be removed Feb. 1, 2018.

RHIO Admins can access electronic applications after completing the RHIO Admin training. For questions, contact our Customer Support Center at info@grrhio.org or 1-877-865-7446 (RHIO).
