| | Join Us in 2025-2026 as a PTSA Chair | | |
Our PTSA is still looking for some key chair positions to be filled for next year. These chair roles have a less time commitment than an elected board position but are just as important. Below is a brief overview of each of the roles. If you are interested in volunteering for a chair position or would like more information, please contact nominations@redmondhsptsa.org.
Reflections Chair: This chair position coordinates the Reflections Arts program for the RHS PTSA. The chair is responsible for advertising the program, collecting all entries, organizing judging and submitting winning entries to LWPTSA Council.
Staff Appreciation Chair or Co-Chair: The chair will help to provide special lunches and treats for RHS Staff throughout the year. The chair will create a plan for all staff appreciation events for the school year, and with the help of the VP Hospitality and VP Volunteers, order/organize all food and refreshments plus coordinate the volunteers. The current chair would love a co-chair to work with for next year but is also willing to step aside if someone wanted to take over.
| | “Gowns Going Green”: Donate Gowns At Diploma Pickup | | |
Congrats to the Class of 2025 Seniors!
The RHS PTSA is proud to continue the “Gowns Going Green” initiative to help keep RHS graduation gowns out of landfills and help them get recovered, reused, and repurposed!
The PTSA will continue the program this year to determine interest and feasibility and we hope you will help us make it a success for next year’s grads.
Donate a gown! Help us collect graduation gowns from your students. It’s easy to donate! During the diploma-pickup days at school, simply drop your gown and caps off into the big cardboard box. Times and location will be announced by RHS. Please remember all gown donations are FINAL and gowns cannot be returned.
Detailed information will be announced closer to the end of the school year.
Up-to-date info can always be found here on our “GGG” webpage!
