At our June 5 meeting, we celebrated the recipients of the PTSA Awards this year. Their outstanding achievements and contributions to our Mustang community have not gone unnoticed. Their passion, creativity, patience, and leadership make them deserving recipients of their respective awards:

We Need You – Join the PTSA Board

Our PTSA is still looking for some roles to be filled for next year’s board. Our highest priority is to find a President. Without a president, we don’t have a PTSA. The role of a president may seem huge but if you like being a leader, this may be the role for you. There is training to learn the official PTSA stuff and lots of other board members who will be there for support and guidance. The president position can also be filled with 2 people as Co-Presidents.

If you don’t think president is right for you, we are also looking for a Co-Treasurer, Family and Community Engagement VP, and a Membership Chair. If you are interested in joining our PTSA in any of these roles or would like more information, please contact nominations@redmondhsptsa.org.

Please plan to wear your cap and gown and arrive 10 minutes before the start time. As a group, you will walk through the school while the students and teachers cheer you on!

Volunteers Needed for Yearbook Distribution

The school needs help with yearbook distribution. On Monday, June 17, Juniors get their yearbooks and on Tuesday, June 18, Freshmen and Sophomores get theirs. We still have a few spaces left to fill. The more volunteers we have, the faster we can get the yearbooks out to the students. District-approved volunteers, please sign up here.
