A Message from the Superintendent

Dear Ramapo Indian Hills Families,

This newsletter comes at a time when we would do well to pause to reflect on all that we’ve accomplished together. From academic achievements to athletic victories and creative performances, our schools have had a truly memorable year. These milestones remind us of the dedication and spirit that define our district.  

As the conclusion of 2025 draws closer every day and the new year approaches, I look forward to building on this momentum and continuing to celebrate the successes of our students and staff.

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that our very own Ramapo Head Football Coach, Nick Guttuso, has been named the Super Football Conference - Liberty Red Coach of the Year!

In just his first two seasons leading the Raiders, Coach Guttuso has already powered the team to two spectacular state sectional championships!

Congratulations to Coach Guttuso and the entire Ramapo Football Program for this well-deserved recognition and their incredible success! We can't wait to see what they achieve next! Go Raiders!

Congratulations to the Ramapo Boys Soccer team on an absolutely historic year, capped by their winning the NJSIAA Group 3 State Championship!

Under the guidance of Coach Evan Baumgarten, the Raiders finished their season with a 21-1 record and claimed FOUR major titles:

• Big North - Freedom Division Champions
• Bergen County Champions (5th straight!)
• NJSIAA North I Sectional Champions
• NJSIAA Group 3 State Champions

Well done, Raiders!

Mark your calendars for two nights of wonderful musical celebration! The Indian Hills High School Winter Concert kicks off the festivities on Tuesday, December 16th. Then, join us the following evening for the Ramapo High School Winter Concert on Wednesday, December 17th.

Both concerts offer a friendly, festive evening filled with beautiful performances from our talented students—the perfect way to usher in the holidays! Please note that both events have a designated snow date in case of inclement weather. We look forward to seeing you there!
