A Message from the Superintendent

Dear Ramapo Indian Hills Community,

As we approach the end of this school year, I want to recognize the incredible growth, hard work, and perseverance shown by all of our students, staff, and families. This year has been filled with achievements, from academic, artistic and athletic accomplishments to personal, individual growth. I couldn't be more proud of everything we have accomplished together!

To our graduating seniors: Congratulations on reaching this significant milestone! Your dedication and resilience have brought you to this moment, and I have no doubt that you will continue to achieve great things as you take the next steps in your journey. As you leave our school community, remember that the lessons, friendships, and experiences you’ve gained here will guide you through whatever comes next. Keep striving for greatness - we will always be cheering you on!

Thank you to our dedicated teachers, staff, and families for their unwavering support throughout the year. Your commitment to creating a positive and nurturing environment has truly made all the difference.

Finally, we wish all of the fathers and father-figures in our RIH community a Father's Day filled with joy, love and gratitude.

Yours in Education,

Shauna DeMarco

At the annual Senior Scholarship Awards Program on Tuesday, June 10th, 52 local, County, and State organizations awarded 148 scholarships to members of the Class of 2025, totaling $102,050. Students were recognized for their high academic achievement, outstanding dedication to athletics, unending commitment to service, excellence in the arts, and tremendous school spirit.

Space limitations prevent us from posting all the photos from the awards ceremony. We have chosen to highlight the Laurie Hoffman Service Award and the PTSO scholarship pictures. This is the first year for the service award by the Bergen County Association of School Administrators (BCASA), and only two seniors in Bergen County were selected. The PTSO awarded over $5000 in scholarships in the following areas: Outstanding Students, Best Brave, and Subject Area Awards.
