The WIN Grant Program
The WIN Grant will assist eligible institutions in meeting COVID-related expenses that
were unforeseen prior to the pandemic. Grant applicants will describe their greatest needs (i.e.
what’s important now) in continuing to fulfill their respective educational or healthcare missions.
The Project Grant Program
The Project Grant Program will assist eligible institutions in completing capital projects or
making equipment purchases that are critical to advancing their missions. Grant applicants must
describe the project, explain its necessity to their mission, describe the vendors or contractors who
will complete the project, and provide a project budget.
