We are asking everyone to PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY - at least 15-20 minutes prior - as many are arriving at the same time and we must safely check you in before the service starts.

We will continue to follow the guidelines as set by the Conference and the CDC with:

Have your temperature taken at the door
Requesting you wear a mask
Use the hand sanitizers at the door
We will have social distancing with the seating
We will not be singing out loud, but you may hum along with the songs played

A million "thank you's" will never be enough to show our appreciation for the two beds that we received for our Grandchildren after they were unexpectedly placed in our care. They were so excited for the beds, and comforted by the prayers of Psalm 3.5 and Psalm 34:4. We all were touched by the love and care by which these beds were constructed, and put together. Unfortunately, I was not home when Mark delivered the beds, but I can tell you that my husband Mike, was deeply touched when Mark and he prayed together for the children. I pray that Our Lord continues to give you and your congregation the strength to continue doing His work for the precious children who are in need. May God Bless you.

United Methodist Women Open Meeting

'Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About

First For Kids Preschool'

First For Kids preschool, an essential outreach of First United Methodist Church will be the focus of the UMW program on Tuesday, April 6th at 1:30pm. Speakers will be Courtney Carter, Preschool Director, and Debra Cooper Grimm, Chair of the FUMCB Preschool Committee.

They will present an overview of First For Kids mission, oversight, and affiliation with the church. Come with all your questions and find out how we, the congregation, can best support the work of FFK preschool.

All FUMCB folks are welcome to attend. The Meeting will be in Fellowship Hall, masks are required and the six foot social distance will continue to be vigilant in the face of the not yet over pandemic!

For the food drive, please use the yellow food barrel inside the door, next to the elevator. You can bring your food items with you on Sunday or anytime you come to the church building.

The outside food drive will start up again in the fall.
