Dear Friends,

RISE for Autism is dedicated to promoting Autism Awareness and Acceptance in our local community everyday.  Since April is designated as Autism Awareness Month, let us share our updates with you:
  • RISE is working with local businesses to promote awareness by selling Puzzle Pieces for $1 and displaying them up during the month of April.  Please let us know if your local business is interested in participating in the Puzzle Piece Campaign!
  • Our PALS program provides Anne Arundel County Schools with a unique Autism Awareness Package which includes a story, bulletin board, and awareness bracelets.  If your child's school is interested in participating please contact us!
  • We are continuing to offer FREE Parent workshops on a range of Autism related topics throughout the spring.
  • Our Safety Fair is back and better than ever!! Please join us for this FREE Family event which will include safety resources, games, activities, food, and more!
I am optimistic that together we can continue to make a difference in the lives of local individuals with ASD and their families. Please continue to offer your ideas, suggestions, and support. I look forward to hearing from you!
