RiverView Construction Continues Applications Open at the End of April

The formal application process for the Housing Trust's portion of RIVERVIEW APARTMENTS will begin at the end of April. Tenants can anticipate lease signing in June. If you or your household want to rent at RiverView: Complete this preliminary Individual Survey. Please see the final question in the Individual Survey for additional information you need to provide during the formal application process. Big Sky businesses that want to rent at RiverView: Complete the Business Survey. Lone Mountain Land Company owns these units. LMLC will release rental rates and a rental timeframe at a later date.

Big Sky Community Housing Trust currently has multiple rental properties available through its Rent Local program. Rent Local connects private property owners in search of local tenants. To date, the program has helped 338 locals find rental housing in Big Sky. HOMES FOR RENT

2025 Resort Tax Application Requesting Letters of Support

On June 4, Resort Tax will begin its 2025 Funding Allocation Cycle based on eight identified impact areas. The Housing Trust, along with other nonprofits and government entities, relies on this funding for its operations. If you wish to share a letter of support for the Housing Trust or other organizations applying for Resort Tax, please email publiccomment@resorttax.org. Resort Tax will include your letter in Board materials for the June review meetings.
