Second Restriction Recorded in 2024
On February 16, the Good Deeds program recorded its second deed restriction for the year.

Good Deeds pays current owners or buyers up to 20% of the property's appraised value in exchange for placing a permanent deed restriction on the property.

The deed restriction requires one occupant to work full-time in Big Sky and strictly prohibits short-term rentals. The funds provided for the restriction are not a loan, and the restriction transfers with ownership in perpetuity.
Third Annual Big Sky Winter Ball
A Party with a Purpose
On February 1, The Zaremba Potts Group and the Housing Trust hosted the Big Sky Winter Ball. This year's event raised almost $17,000 for local housing initiatives like Rent Local and Good Deeds.
