2026-2027 School Calendar

An early Nor'easter Can't Dampen Our Excitement for this school year

We are finishing out the first month of the school year, hard to believe it will be October this week! At the PTSO we love seeing school back in session and all the growth and accomplishments of our students, teachers and staff. Please help us continue to support them by making an Annual Donation. We suggest $50 per family, but any amount is appreciated (and don't forget corporate matching!)

We are also always looking for new volunteers, especially if you are intersted in working with fundraising, outreach, the school committee, or the joint PTSO. Please contact us at chair@abrptso.org, secretary@abrptso.org if you are interested.

Your donations go directly to:

  • 10 college scholarships
  • Jr. High Events like Summer Fun, March Madness, 7th and 8th grade end of the year celebrations
  • High School programs such as World Cultures Week and the Community Service Program
  • Thousands of dollars in grant monies to each school for projects that directly impact students, such as supplies, Community Day, and field trips.
  • Teacher and Staff Appreciation events
  • and more!

AB Special Education Parent Advisory Council (AB SEPAC)

AB SEPAC is an advisory group to the Acton-Boxborough Regional School District and a resource for caregivers of students with disabilities. The council works to support families, share information and resources, and provide a parent/caregiver perspective on special education in our schools.

To learn more about AB SEPAC, visit www.absepac.org or follow them on Facebook at @absepac.

Process for Daily Announcement Sign Ups!

The School invites any interested parent or guardian to sign up to receive our Daily Announcements email. The Daily Announcements email is exactly what it sounds like. Generally, in mid-morning, our Main Office will compile any of our ongoing or new announcements and send them to interested families. Examples would be: listing which clubs meet that week; sign ups for Ski Club; Jazz Band auditions; when the next Early Release is; and notification of a postponed athletic game or meet. We don't use the Daily Announcements to send emergency information.

We send our Daily Announcements through Parent Square. Please click on the link on our website to sign up. If you're already registered with Parent Square, just sign in and go to Groups and add the Daily Announcements to your groups.
