PTSO Update - Fall Is in the Air!
The trees are putting on a beautiful display of color, and the season is changing all around us. We hope your family is enjoying this lovely time of year and the many activities happening at RJ Grey. Your support allows the PTSO to help make special programs, events, and opportunities possible for our students and school community. Please consider making an annual donation of $50 per family. Donations of any amount are appreciated, and employer matching gifts are also welcome!
We are also always looking for new volunteers, especially if you are interested in helping with fundraising, outreach, the school committee, or the joint PTSO. Please contact us at chair@abrptso.org or secretary@abrptso.org if you are interested.
Your donations go directly to:
- 10 college scholarships
-
Junior high events, such as Summer Fun, March Madness, 7th and 8th grade end of the year celebrations
- High School programs such as World Cultures Week and the Community Service Program
- Thousands of dollars in grant money to each school for projects that directly impact students, such as supplies, Community Day, and field trips.
- Teacher and Staff Appreciation events
- and more!

RJ Grey Clubs & Activities
Click here to see the 2026-27 LIST OF CLUBS AND ACTIVITIES.
Student Activity Fee: If your child is joining one of the clubs, RJ Grey collect a $50 Activity Fee that helps support the costs of running our extracurricular programs. If your child has already joined a club and plans to continue with it, you can send a check for $50 (made out to Acton-Boxborough Regional School District) that they can drop off at the Main Office. You can also pay online here. If your family is in need of financial assistance, please submit a request for financial assistance according to the instructions on our District's website.

2026-2027 AB SEPAC Parent/Guardian Survey
The Acton-Boxborough Special Education Parent Advisory Council (AB SEPAC) is a state-mandated, parent-run organization that provides resources for families, hosts disability-related workshops, and shares feedback on the education and safety of students with disabilities with the district in an effort to improve student outcomes.
If you have a student with an IEP or a 504 Plan, please fill out the below linked survey. The information you provide will help the SEPAC set and follow up on our priorities. Your responses are anonymous. This survey should take 7-10 minutes to complete.
CLICK HERE TO BEGIN AB SEPAC PARENT/GUARDIAN SURVEY
The survey will close at midnight on October 15. Thank you for your participation. Please contact abrsdsepac@gmail.com with any questions. You can visit absepac.org to learn more about our organization and sign up for our newsletter.

Process for Daily Announcement Sign-Ups!
The school invites any interested parent or guardian to sign up to receive our Daily Announcements email. The Daily Announcements email is exactly what it sounds like. Generally, in mid-morning, our Main Office will compile any of our ongoing or new announcements and send them to interested families. Examples would be: listing which clubs meet that week; sign-ups for Ski Club; Jazz Band auditions; when the next Early Release is; and notification of a postponed athletic game or meet. RJ Grey don't use the Daily Announcements to send emergency information.
RJ Grey send our Daily Announcements through ParentSquare. Please click on the link to sign up. If you're already registered with ParentSquare, just sign in and go to Groups and add the Daily Announcements to your groups.
