President's Message

New Software Launches on Tuesday July 26 

Dear Members, 


This is a reminder to all members that on this Tuesday July 26th, we will be migrating our current tennis club software to a new system called Club Automation.  Please note the following pieces of information: 

  • Our current Jegysoft system will come off-line at 8:00 pm on Monday July 25th evening
  • Our new Club Automation system will come on-line 8:00 am Tuesday July 26th morning
  • By Monday at 12:00 noon, all Tuesday court bookings will be considered final and will be transferred into the new system. Please do not add or change anything in the on-line booking schedule after that time.  Instead, call the club for any changes
  • All court bookings from Wednesday and onward will be available in the new system starting Tuesday at 8am. The usual booking rules apply
  • All existing credits and debits will be transferred into new system

You will receive log-in instructions from the Club Automation system on Tuesday morning. Follow the prompts to create your new Club Automation account, from which you will be able to book courts, register for events, and pay for services. 

As we migrate systems, there may be some growing pains as we come on-line.  Please email us at to let us know if you have any issues.   Rest assured, the staff will resolve any outstanding membership information or billing issues in the first few weeks of transition.  Please be patient with the staff as we navigate these changes.
