Scott Carpenter, Senior Vice President, Truist Bank

Scott Carpenter is a career banker with 37 years in the industry and is currently Senior Vice President with Truist Bank. He currently works in the Strategy Technology Analysis and Pricing group with a focus on the commercial community banking technology. Prior to pivoting his career to technology to focus on fintech and the future of banking, he was a credit risk officer with 20 plus years in commercial loan underwriting and loan approvals. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado and has a degree from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado as well as numerous certificates and leadership training.

Drew Barker, Senior Vice President, Head of Climate Risk Management, Truist Bank

Drew Barker is the Head of Climate Risk Management within the Risk Management Organization at Truist Bank. In this role, Drew has established an integrated climate risk management framework for the institution which identifies and assesses the potential impacts from climate change. His team is also responsible for the calculation of financed emissions and developing interim emissions reduction targets in conjunction with the company's goal to achieve net zero emissions by 2050. Read more...

Holly Neber is CEO of AEI Consultants, an employee-owned property consulting firm with over 25 offices across the US. AEI Consultants provides building, environmental, land and sustainability assessment and appraisal services throughout North America. In addition to her role at AEI, Ms. Neber previously served as President of CREW Network and the National Engineering and Environmental Due Diligence Association (NEEDDA), board member of the Real Estate Roundtable, and as an active member of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (CREFC) Sustainability Steering Committee, Berkeley Fisher Center for Real Estate Policy Advisory Board (PAB), ASTM International and frequent speaker to organizations such as the Environmental Bankers Association (EBA). Read more...
