Empowering Leaders to Grow and Serve
Hello families!

February is heart health awareness month. Did you know that your dental health correlates to heart health? For the month of February, I encourage everyone to make small but attainable goals to improve your heart health. Add in a vegetable or two to dinner. Fruit is always nice this time of year for a sweet reminder of what summer tastes like. Have you had a dental checkup recently? If not, you should totally do it. As a good distraction, bring earbuds to listen to your favorite music while you get your pearly whites polished. As always, wash your hands, and wash them often.
