Someone to Talk To
Counseling and Testing Service provides free counseling and biofeedback services for students currently enrolled at ISU.
Counseling and biofeedback services include Single session relationship problems, academic difficulties, grief and loss, self-esteem issues, etc.
To make an appointment with a counselor, please call Counseling and Testing Service at (208) 282-2130. Monday-Friday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. in summer.

Get Your Taxes Filed for Free - VITA

Accounting students and professors in the College of Business are once again offering free tax services to students and the public.
The service will be held every Thursday from 5 - 9 until April. Students are qualified through a certification process and all returns are reviewed by professors before submitting.
To qualify, you must have an annual household income of $52,000 or less.

Bengal Business Movie Night

Bengal Business movie nights are events hosted by the college of business that showcases films that relate to business and professors hold short discussions after the film to discuss the topics related to business.

ISU Comedy Night with The Comedy Project

Join in on the laughs as The Comedy Project and the ISU PAC RATS (ISU's very own improv group) team up in a competitive improv comedy show they like to call "Showdown, Throwdown." Be prepared for some serious funny business as these teams compete to see who will be the winner. Free to all (PG-13). Chick-fil-A is extending their hours of operation for this event to 8 p.m.

This group is open to Idaho State University International students interested in connecting with others to increase their social interactions and improve their experience at ISU and within the greater community. We will meet on Zoom every Friday at 1 p.m. Registration required.

Harriman State Park Cross Country Ski and Snowshoe Trip

The park offers 24 miles of groomed trails suitable for an introduction to cross-country skiing. Beginners welcome. Fees cover transportation, equipment and permit.

The symposium is a student-run event, with members of the International Affairs Council working to provide our campus and community with world-class information from experts around the world on global affairs. This year's theme is "International Diplomacy: Evolving Dynamics in the 21st Century."

Talk Saves Lives

Talk Saves Lives is American Foundation for Suicide Preventions' standardized, 90 minute program that provides participants with a clear understanding of this leading cause of death, including the most up-to-date research on suicide prevention, and what they can do in their communities to save lives.

Gatsby Tour

The Roaring Twenties are back! Literally. After 100 years. It's time to party like nothing else matters. All guests are encouraged to deck themselves out in Gatsby 20's fashion.  Students are free after pre registration, one ticket per student.Tickets for the general public are $15 +tax.
