Spring Graduation Application is Open
Applications are now being accepted for Spring 2022 graduation. All students who wish to graduate in Spring 2022 must apply for their degree or certificate by February 1, 2022. Success tip: apply early for graduation. This will give the Registrar's office time to review your application and ensure that any necessary schedule changes can be made before the beginning of the spring 2022 semester. The application deadline applies to both undergraduate and graduate students. If you have questions, contact the Office of the Registrar.
Plan Ahead for Spring Registration
The Spring 2022 schedule of classes is now viewable online. At Idaho State, students register by class level (see schedule below). 

Registering for classes as soon as registration is open is an important success strategy. Reach out to a professional advisor for help. Getting into the right classes at the right time can help you reach academic and professional goals in a timely manner, which also helps you save money.

Registration opens at 7 a.m. for each population.

  • Monday, Nov. 8: 90+ credits (senior, graduate, pharmacy, and post- baccalaureate) 

  • Wednesday, Nov. 10: 58-89 credits (junior)

  • Friday, Nov. 12: 26-57 credits (sophomore)

  • Monday, Nov. 15: 0-25 credits (first-year and non-degree seeking)

Friday, October 29 is the deadline to withdraw from a full-term Fall semester course. Withdrawing from a course may have financial repercussions, but it can also be a strategic move if you are struggling to succeed in a course. Students should talk to an advisor before withdrawing from courses.

Student Life
October’s Career Path Intern of the Month Bailey Vahsholtz is a senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in chemistry. 
Vahsholtz currently holds an internship in Idaho State University’s Chemistry Department, where his projects include the construction, programming, and testing of an atomic layer deposition chamber that uses pulsed plasma as an energy source.
