More than 2,000 Honored at Spring 2023 Commencement Ceremonies

Idaho State University President Kevin Satterlee congratulated graduates at Saturday's commencement ceremonies, praising them for their grit and determination.

“We are proud of you. you represent our success stories. We believe in education here, but while we believe in it, you, in fact, are living proof of that belief,” he said. A total of 2,132 spring and summer 2023 graduates received 2,278 degrees and certificates during Idaho State University’s annual spring commencement ceremonies on May 6. Three ceremonies were held in Reed Gymnasium.

Campus Resources

Counseling Services: ISU Counseling and Testing Services office provides free counseling and biofeedback services for students currently enrolled at ISU.Services include single-session relationship problems, academic difficulties, grief and loss, self-esteem issues, etc. To make an appointment with a counselor, please call Counseling and Testing Service at (208) 282-2130. Monday-Friday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Benny's Pantry: No one should have to worry about their next meal. Benny's Pantry is a food pantry for students who may need help.

Career Assistance: The ISU Career Center is available for help with resumes, mock interviews, and job opportunities.

Dental Hygiene: The Dental Hygiene Clinic provides oral assessments, regular cleanings, deep cleanings, fluoride applications, sealants, fillings, x-rays, and custom whitening trays at reduced pricing. The clinic also accepts patients within the community and accepts most insurances. To make an appointment, please call 208-282-3282.
