Hey! If you missed us in July, we're going again to another Rochester Red Wings game! Come join us on Friday September 20th for an end of season game when the Rochester Red Wings vs the Iowa Cubs. Gates will open a little earlier at 5:00pm and the game starts at 6:05pm. Please stop by our table in the entrance way and meet us. We look forward to seeing you there!

ANOTHER TASTE OF ROWING IS ON THE HORIZON | |
We would like to invite you to A Taste of Rowing (TOR). This is an introductory event where you will learn more about the exciting sport of rowing and ROCCREW. You will get to observe boat launching, rowing in action, participate in the utilization of an erg machine, observe boat return and equipment storage, along with meeting some of the rowers and coaches. Our details are below:
When: Tuesday September 24th from 6:00pm until 7:30pm

Also, there will be more to come in our October newsletter about the next Learn To Row Program (LTR) indoor tanks and indoor training. The program which teaches you the hands-on rowing skills required to get on the water.
