The 38th annual Reliability Of Compound Semiconductors Workshop will be held on the first day of the International CS MANTECH Conference with the objective of bringing together researchers, manufacturers, & users of compound semiconductor devices. Papers presenting the latest results and new developments in all phases of Compound Semiconductor Reliability are solicited. The ROCS Workshop will take place on Monday 20 May 2024 at the JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort in Tucson, Arizona. This is the Monday of CS MANTECH week (20-23 May 2024)

If you are interested in the latest results and new developments in all phases of Compound Semiconductor Reliability, we encourage you to submit an abstract to ROCS by February 16, 2024.
