New Workshop - "Collective Efficacy"
As educators we have the ability to improve student learning and achievement….but isn’t it easier (and more fun) when working together on a team? When working collaboratively you have the unique ability to hear perspectives and learn from other’s experiences. As a teacher in leadership roles it is important to connect, empathize, and engage in a team approach to improve the climate and culture of your school and increase student achievement! Join Dr. Sarah Mumm as she presents a hands-on workshop on Collective Efficacy on November 8 th . ( Registration )

The Progress Report: Happy Fall Ya'll
Principals are awesome - so let's celebrate National Principals Month! How stressful do you think a principals' life could be? This week's post in The Progress Report dives into a detailed vision of how awesome being a principal can be and how we can value the work they provide for a school. We should all take a moment out of our day to say "thank you" to a principal we know!

The Progress Report is a collaborative discussion space for professional learning. Each post is written by Katie Algrim, the ROE's Director of Innovative Professional Learning. If there are any topics that you would like to see a post on,  please contact Katie Algrim.
