Dear friends,
It has been 13 years since we opened the doors to our little studio here in Fabulous Ferndale, Michigan. Sadly, this email is to let you know that ROUGE Makeup & Nail Studio will close at the end of April 2023. It has been our privilege to be a part of and to serve this unique community. Ferndale is our home and being in business here has allowed us to take roots and grow in our own diverse and eclectic way. We have so enjoyed helping you get ready for events big and small, teaching you about healthy skincare & makeup, getting those toes ready for spring and taking care of all of your beauty needs.
Why are we closing our store?
As we are sure that you understand, to be a small business through the pandemic and the aftermath has been very challenging. The world has changed and we have done everything in our power to evolve with it to survive. Even though we are closing our doors, we are forever grateful that you have stuck by us all these years. In order to continue to offer you our fabulous makeup & skincare Eve Organics Beauty is moving to a location without a storefront to cut our overhead.
You can still buy our products & see your favorite service providers!
The good news is that we will continue to sell our products online and the wonderful people who make up our team will continue to do their work in new locations. We are sure that you will see The Rouge Girls at pop-ups around Detroit in the very near future.
Check your email as we will be sending out notices about the new working locations for Myranda and Harper & D’Anna.
We know that this may come as a shock. We thought we’d be here forever too!
Please know that we truly love you all and it has been our pleasure to be your favorite beauty spot since 2010.
We sincerely thank you from the bottom of our hearts for 13 wonderful years of making us a part of your life. We look forward to continuing to provide you with our products, expert advice and the care that you have allowed us to bring to you since 2010, just in a different way.

Our timeline for our closing is as follows:
- Last week of business as usual is the week of 4/16.
- Our last day of regular business is Saturday, 4/22.
- On April 26, 28 & 29 we will have a SALE at ROUGE featuring many pretty things & furniture. If you’d like to buy a piece of ROUGE for your home or office, now is the time!
- If you need more information, or if there is a particular piece that you’d love to have call us or respond to this email.
