As part of the Reach Out Westborough project to address mental health impacts in the wake of COVID-19, Westborough Youth & Family Services and Westborough Connects are pleased to announce a new 5-part video short series.

Each video features a mental health counselor briefly addressing a specific topic related to mental health. Videos were created in both English and Spanish.

Reach Out Westborough is a program of Westborough Youth & Family Services, in collaboration with Westborough Connects and funded through a grant from the MetroWest Health Foundation. The videos were produced for this project by Minding Your Mind.

Square One Community Resource Guide
The Square One collaboration team produced a Mental Health Resources list for the community.

It can be viewed and printed out by clicking the View/Print buttons. Hard copies are available at Westborough Senior Center, Westborough Town Hall and Westborough Public Library.
Translated versions are also available in Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese (Simplified), and Arabic.
