Announces Eagle Fire's Add-on Acquisition

of Southeastern Sound, Inc.

May 14th, 2025 | Dallas, TX – Rosewood Private Investments' ("Rosewood" or “RPI”) portfolio company, Eagle Fire Inc. (“Eagle Fire”), is pleased to announce the acquisition of Southeastern Sound, Inc. ("Southeastern Sound").

Founded in 1977 in Nashville, TN, Southeastern Sound provides fire protection and security solutions, including EST fire alarm services, alarm monitoring, access control and CCTV services in the broader Nashville area.
