RPIC IVA face to face cohort at the Hilton Garden Inn in Atlanta, GA August 14-15, 2018. Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, and Georgia Associations came together to map out strategies for the 2019 T&TA Plan .The group
addressed the collaboration, capacity-building, and exemplary practice needs of State Associations.
The Association also discussed board governance, organizational standards as well as fiscal impact, leadership development, and ROMA. Alabama will host the next face to face cohort in November which will include state associations, board co- chairs, and national partners.

Nationally Certified ROMA Trainer (NCRT)
The Regional Cohort (RPIC IVA) will be implementing an NCRT Phase II, October 9, 10, 11, 2018. All interested individuals must complete an application by August 10, 2018; and the e-course before September 28, 2018 to qualify to participate.
Nationally Certified ROMA Professionals (NCRPs)
The ROMA 2018 Fall In-service Continuing Education Program (ICEP) for Natio
nally Certified ROMA Trainers and Implementer

The fall 2018 session will be held in Las Vegas, NV. The spring 2019 session will be in Oklahoma City, OK, and fall 2019 in Region 1 (location not yet established). The sessions will move around the country so that NCRT's and NCRI's have at least one out of six ICEPs (two each year in the three year re-certification time frame) being held at a location near to them for ease of travel.

In order to achieve long term sustainable change that improves outcomes for a community's most vulnerable residents, it is essential to prioritize equity outcomes and strategies from the beginning and to engage those ultimately impacted throughout the process. This webinar will share approaches to and examples of centering collective impact work on equity, and strategies for engaging members of the community throughout the design and implementation of an initiative.
