As we continue the integration of RSA, we’re regularly testing the security of our systems.
As a result, access to the Client Inquiry tool via Bravo has been removed as a preventative measure, to ensure our high standards of security are maintained.
This tool was being used to access policy, claims and billing information for RSA policies.
