We hope you are all enjoying the pending Half Term break.
RSL have so many activities to entice the entire family. Have you seen our fantastic new Executive Membership offer. All under one roof you can access a wide range of sporting activities.
We also have the wonderful KAP (Kids Activities Programme) covering a wide range of sports and lots of fun things for the kids to do.
We know that keeping our young people occupied can be a challenging prospect, but have a read about our RSL Crew programme.

Something for the Kids - KAP

Redbridge Sports & Leisure are pleased to offer the Multi Sport
programme for children to participate in during the Whitsun -
Spring Half Term holidays over 4 days; Tuesday 28th - Friday 31st May.
All the children that take part in the programme will experience
professional coaching within excellent facilities while developing skills
and interest in their favourite sports and adding to a healthy lifestyle.
The Multi Sport programme is an excellent combination of all the
sports we offer including trampoline, kick-boxing, football, cricket,
badminton and fun games for the younger ones.

Gymnastics
Gymnastics : A great way to develop flexibility, strength, discipline
and have hours of fun. So what are you doing with your kids at the
end of May? Join our Gymnastics Whitsun Courses on:
Wednesday 29th, Thursday 30th and Friday 31st May 2013
The courses run for:
G1: 9:30am - 10:30am (4 - 6 years old)
G2: 10:30am - 11:30am (7 - 8 years old)
G3: 11:30am - 12:30pm (9+ years)
Costs: �4.94 members, �5.60 non-members per session

YOUTH: For the older girls we have the RSC Youth N.C. - which also takes place on Mondays 5.30pm - 6.30pm with matches in the league on Wednesdays. ADULT FITNESS & SOCIAL NETBALL: (for ladies of all ages)
Fitness and Social/Back to Netball - for Ladies of all ages - NEW TIME - Tuesdays 7.30pm - 8.30pm. Sessions are now taking place on the outdoor courts for the summer season. This is a great alternative to going to the gym. We do basic warm ups and drills, varied netball skills, games and a bit of a laugh! Open to those who have never played netball before, haven't played in a while or just like playing netball in a social atmosphere.
WHY NOT TRY OUT our new "Back to Netball" sessions - Wednesday mornings 9.30am - 10.30am.
