A new California law states that companies with 5 or more full-time or part-time employees must complete the “Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Course” before 1/1/2020. Managerial employees require 2 hours of training and non-managerial employees require 1 hour of training. After that, training must be completed once every two years.
In order to give back to Anyhealth Insurance clients who have supported us for many years, we have invited a special guest, Mr. Cheng, who specializes in labor law, to give a training on the “Sexual Harassment Prevention”. The course is 2 hours long and a certificate of completion will be issued at the end.
Additionally, we will provide information about company retirement accounts and the “win-win” situation it presents to the company and its employees.
