FREE, live, virtual Line Dance class with "Brooklyn Ed"! There is usually a story behind all of his choreography. As a Certified Line Dance Instructor/Choreographer, Brooklyn Ed continues to create with a love and passion for line dance. A choreographer for more than 20 years which has led to over 150 line dances under his belt to date. Class will be taught on Facebook Live.

FREE, live, virtual Guided Meditation class with Negesti! "EYES UNLOCKED" is a guided movement meditation that takes movers on a journey of self-awareness and healing. The experience aids dancers and non-dancers in connecting with their body, inner desires, and emotions. Participants should come with the intention of leaving with sound understanding of self-trust, purpose and movement. Class will be taught on Zoom. RSVP REQUIRED! RSVP HERE!

Get Ready! Drummers, dancers & African cultural arts enthusiasts! This Friday we have a special video demonstration by teaching artist Baba Ogunrinde on traditional African drumming! He will be sharing his craft with on various African rhythms and the cultural significance of the rhythm/dance. Rhthyms include those from the Yoruba people and the Mandinka/Malinke people of West Africa. Video will air on KowTeff's Facebook and Instagram pages.
