This event at the LA Mayor's House includes a panel of stu
dents from Evolve's pilot year sharing their first hand experiences from the program and the debut screening of the short documentary featuring five of the Evolve fund's aspiring filmmakers who visited Sundance Film Festival in January.

Two immersive experiences have opened near the arts district in downtown LA, so we're officially rebranding this area as the Immersive Arts District in DTLA, along with Two Bit Circus.
Alita Experience: opened in downtown LA this past weekend. You and your friends travel to the world of Alita: Battle Angel in this two-hour immersive experience where you complete more than a dozen tasks to get points and emerge victorious. Gibson's NAMM JAM
include a lineup of rock legends sharing the stage, including Billy Gibbons, Nancy Wilson, Peter Frampton, Robby Krieger, Emily Wolfe, Black Pistol Fire, Cam, Jared James Nichols, Toby Lee, Lauren Ruth Ward and more. Billy Gibbons of ZZ Top rocked the stage with his red guitar. Peter Frampton was the surprise performer at Gibson guitar's party during NAMM, on Thursday Jan 24, at the Grove of Anaheim.

Speakers included Brian Fisher, co-founder of Warp Zone; Carrie Stett, director at Washington Square Films, and Matthew Celia of Light Sail VR. Speakers described how they conceptualize campaigns with brands, and then create content with digital marketing and distribution, social media and influencers, often-integrated from the beginning. Digital LA Holiday Party. We had blast at our Digital LA - Holiday Party at Two Bit Circus. Attendees from Paramount Studios, VR startups, agencies, startup founders, filmmakers, designers, developers and more enjoyed holiday cheer, VR games, space escape rooms, 4-person air hockey, gingerbread drinks, and friends from LA MBA Club at the new Two Bit Circus micro-amusement park in downtown LA. Our
Toys Go Digital
panelists, with experience working on Star Wars, Power Rangers, GI Joe and other toys at Mattel, Hasbro and Jakks, described how toys use digital from development to YouTuber influencer unboxing videos at our Digital LA - Toys panel at Toy-Zilla toy store over the weekend. The panel was our first panel in a toy store, just in time for the holiday season. Several of the panelists picked out toys they had worked on, to have on display as we conducted the panel.
