Meeting the AI Moment

Gen AI tools have astounding potential to elevate versus automate what we do. How do we assemble the right mix of platforms? How do we responsibly use tools? Given the pace of their increasing power, how do we see around corners?

These questions aren’t for the future. AI is here and now.

Celebrating National Disability Employment Awareness Month – Join TSE in Supporting Inclusive Workplaces!

TSE’s Commitment to Workforce Inclusion

At TSE, Inc., we’re proud to partner with over 100 employers who share our vision of an inclusive workforce. We support more than 170 people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in their employment journeys, helping them excel in roles that highlight their strengths and contribute meaningfully to businesses. Our approach goes beyond just job placement—we provide comprehensive support that ensures individuals with IDD become some of the best employees in the workplace. Our work helps businesses meet their labor needs while offering individuals with disabilities the opportunity to thrive in jobs that suit their talents.

For the past 25 years, community employment has been a cornerstone of our services. Our team specializes in identifying the skills and passions of the individuals we support, then connecting them with employers who value those abilities. Many individuals have achieved long-term success—some have even celebrated 25 years of employment with the same company, with many more marking milestones of 5, 10, and 20 years.

Businesses like PC’s for People, Staples, The City of St. Paul, Brunson’s Pub, and Latuff Brothers Auto Body have embraced the benefits of employing people with disabilities, recognizing their dedication and positive energy. These partnerships aren’t just about filling roles; they’re about fostering an inclusive culture where everyone can contribute to their fullest potential.

If your business has a need for hardworking, dedicated employees, we invite you to explore how TSE, Inc. can help. Our Chief Business Development Officer, Jim Freeman (JFreeman@TSE-Inc.org), is ready to discuss how we can connect you with individuals who are eager to work and grow with companies that support visons like ours.
