MOH'S MESSAGE Zoom-Flex Flex instructional models help students to attend and succeed in your courses. Let’s examine how you already “flex” your Zoom class and make it even more powerful. Please, explore the diagram below; should you have any comment or question, post it on our CITL Padlet.

Zoom-Flex model helps both the students who attend a Zoom class in real-time or asynchronously. While asynchronous students approach the instruction through a different pathway, they engage equally with the rest of the class. Some key Zoom-Flex elements are: Students have an option to attend a live Zoom class or asynchronously, depending on their circumstances and needs. All students access the same Google Docs (or O365 Word Docs) for breakout works and engage in the post-breakout discussion. All students are enabled and responsible for the same learning outcomes.
