Dear RTFH Family,

We give voice to our feelings, concerns, hopes, and dreams through song, prayer, and poetry. Rich Orloff’s magnificent poems have become part of almost every RTFH Shabbat service. This Friday, November 15, we’ll hear directly from the poet himself! Rich is a fantastic poet and playwright. He’ll be joining us in person during our 7:00pm service to share the poetic story. Check out Rich’s works at richorloff.com.

See you Friday night for Shabbat and poetic uplift.

L’shalom,

Rabbi Mark

For his Bar Mitzvah Project, Josh volunteered at Kehilat Sephardim Food Pantry. The pantry is on Main Street and its goal is to end hunger in the Queens Jewish and immigrant community. They provide kosher and assorted goods multiple days a week. People come and get to choose the food they want from the tables they have outside. They serve 1,200 people daily, 6,000 people weekly and approximately 21,000 households monthly. No one should have to choose between diet, religion, and going hungry.

Enjoy an afternoon of good food, good conversation and good friends

Raffle prizes, getting to know the dynamic women of Women's Connection, and fun await you!
