Dear friends and family,

Blessings to you all.

The fall is in full swing. And we are 6 weeks away from the RTO Conference. On November 7-9, we are going to New York for the first time. Pastor Daniel and Violet Grecu invited the RTO Conference to New York as they celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Church. This is an amazing milestone. It's Jubilee time. It is a time of celebration. What should we celebrate?

1. Celebrate your PEERS (Romans 12:10). As we go into the month of October, we should remember that this is considered the Pastor's Appreciation Month. Pastors and fellow ministers, I want to take a moment to appreciate and celebrate you and all you do for the Lord and His people. And if you feel even for a moment unappreciated, remember, God does not overlook your service. He appreciates you. But we also ought to appreciate and celebrate our peers and partners in ministry.

2. Celebrate the PLACE you are at (Nehemiah 8:10). Many times, we are sick and tired of the place, station in life we are at. But God has you in that place for a purpose, for such a time like this. Do not be unhappy with your church, with your position, with your place in life and ministry. Celebrate that place and God will change the atmosphere but will also change your heart. 3. Celebrate the PEOPLE you serve (Ephesians 2:10). See them how God sees them. Do not look down to them, do not despise them, do not demean them, but love them, serve them, feed them, equip them and celebrate them. 4. Celebrate the POSSIBILITIES you have (Philippians 4:13). Do not forget that all things are possible with God. Your impossibilities will soon become possibilities. Remind yourself what Paul states while in prison "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me". 5. Celebrate your PROGRESS (Isaiah 40:31). Look at what God has done in your life. It is not by might, by strength, by intelligence, by education or by luck, it is by God's grace. Look at the journey, give praise to God and celebrate.

6. Celebrate Your PROBLEMS (Romans 8:28). This is a very hard one, but your problems make you stronger, make you reflect, make you cling to God's promises, make you depend on God more. Do not forget that in the midst of you Problems, God's Power is made manifest.

7. Celebrate God's PRESENCE (Matthew 28:20). Jesus promised he will be with you, and he keeps his promises. Even when you do not feel or sense his presence, He is with you. This is the best thing we have. His Presence is pleasant, is powerful, is permanent and is personal. When life is hard and bitter, when you have bitter taste about ministry, I remind you to "Taste and see that the Lord is good!" I could have continue with other reasons to celebrate, but I will stop at seven. I invite you all my friends to take a moment and celebrate what God is doing in your life and ministry. It will change your attitude, atmosphere and altitude.

Looking forward to seeing you at the 55th Convention!

Always with love,

Florin and Michelle Cimpean

The 55th Romanian Pentecostal Convention

The 55th Romanian Convention is already History. Our hosts, Pastor Vasile Antemie and his team, received us with great hospitality. They did an excellent job. They even handle the power outage on Sunday night in a very positive fashion. It was great to see many of you in Seattle. Thank you for joining us for the RTO Luncheon on Sunday. What a great fellowship! A lot of our pastors were involved in the four services. As you know, three RTO pastors preached in the main services, Andrei Balulescu, Adi Tirla and your bishop and, without false modesty, I believe, everyone did a great job. Next year, if the Lord tarries, we hope to see you in Chicago.

Romanian Community Summit

I am thankful for the opportunity given to me to boldly proclaim Christ and his values at Christian Heritage Academy, the place where Charlie Kirk received Christ in the fifth great. The Romanian Community Summit was a fantastic opportunity to connect with many influential Romanians such as Professor Constantin Necula, Romania's Minister of Foreign Affairs Oana Toiu, Ambassador Andrei Muraru, Consul Anton Lungu, Bogdan Banu, Diana Dram, Mihai Lehene, Dan Ozarchevici, and many other business leaders, educators and trend-setters. I thank God this unique opportunity to share the gospel with such an elite audience.
