Dear RTO family,
Merry Christmas to you, your family and your church!
I can't believe is Christmas Eve! This year flew by so fast and once again we celebrate the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ.
At Christmas, we are reminded how God's Plan perfectly works. As we are celebrating Christmas and preparing for a brand-new year, I am also inviting you to Celebrate God's Plan.
Let's ponder three questions about God's plan.
What is so good about God's Plan?
God's Plan is Perfect. A perfect God makes perfect plans. Therefore, we need to submit our imperfect plans to His perfect plans. God's Plan is Different. His thoughts are different than our thoughts and His perfect plan is different than our small plans. It was different than Mary and Joseph's plans, but it was nevertheless, perfect. God's Plan is Bigger. We see the small things, the now. God sees the big picture, the great, the vast, the invisible, the impossible, the Wow! That's why I am excited about His Plan.
How does God work His Plan?
God uses the Supernatural. He sends an angel to Mary, to Zechariah, and hosts of angels to the shepherds. Mary's baby is supernaturally conceived by the Holy Spirit. God employs the supernatural to fulfill his plan for your life. Look for it! God uses the Natural. He used the humble Joseph and Mary, a meager manger in Bethlehem and a rugged cross on a rugged hill. He is using the natural on your behalf. God is using Circumstances. Nothing happens to you by by chance. Even when you don't see God working, He is still working. "All things work together for good to those who love God" (Romans 8:28). As someone said, "Coincidences are God's way or remaining anonymous". Look closely to your circumstances! God is using People. In a way, every person that comes your way, is God sent. Even people that try to harm you or make you uncomfortable. Even in Jesus' life God used so many people to fulfill his plan, even the bad dudes such as Pilate, Judas or Herod. God is using History. God does not serve history, but history serves God. He makes it to serve his Plan.
How do we Activate God's Plan?
First, Stay close to God. That's a Priority!
Second, Believe God's Plan. That's Powerful!
Third, Cooperate with God's Plan. That's a Must!
Fourth, Accept God's Plan. That Works!
Fifth, Celebrate God's Plan. That's Beautiful!
As we come close to end of the year, let's be thank God who plans our lives and celebrate God's Perfect Plan.
Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!
Always with love,
Florin and Michelle Cimpean
