Important Dates
- July 1, 2026 – Hot Show & Smoking Deals submissions OPEN
- August 3, 2026 – Submission deadline
- August 10, 2026 – Hot Show acceptance and decline notifications sent
Please be sure to submit your offers before the August 3 deadline to ensure they are reviewed by the Hot Show Committee.

We would like to see a Smoking Deal submitted by EVERY Exhibitor, including marketing and service providers! We encourage everyone to take a few minutes to review the guide before submitting your offers.

If you have products outside these categories with exceptional value, we absolutely encourage you to submit them as well. The Hot Show Committee evaluates every submission based on overall value, pricing, uniqueness, and member appeal.
