RTS IP technology provides communication backbone for Super Bowl LI
New IT-based technologies have been adopted more readily and sooner in some parts of the broadcast production chain than others. Super Bowl LI illustrated that with the intercom and general communications operation taking place almost completely in the IP domain, using a combination of Dante running over RTS' OMNEO platform, while audio distribution and networking continued to rely on older formats such as MADI.

Irish national broadcaster RTÉ selects RTS Adam digital matrix
Ireland's national broadcaster, Raidió Teilifís Éireann (RTÉ), has replaced the aging intercom structure at its Dublin broadcast center with an intercom system from RTS. The solution, planned and installed by Broadcast Video Services (BVS) includes two new full-size ADAM matrix intercom frames and over 30 new KP-Series keypanels. Dave Matthews of RTÉ: "We ended up with a great new system delivered on time and within budget."

Thank you for visiting us in London and Dubai!
RTS' brand new wireless intercom solution ROAMEO drew the crowds at BVE in London (Feb 28 - Mar 2) and at CABSAT in Dubai (March 21-23). At BVE 2017, kitplus stopped by our booth to check out the wireless keypanel - and got all the answers from Jon Ridel, Sales Manager UK & Ireland.
