The Rowland High School Future Business Leaders of America students received various awards at their recent Southern Section Conference. Now nine students will advance to the state championships in April to compete against schools from across California.
"During our virtual learning last year, many of our members were seasoned seniors who graduated. Therefore, this year is a building year for our FBLA chapter," said Rowland High School Business Education Teacher and Co-Advisor of FBLA, Caroline Manookian. "It's amazing to see these students overcome last year's hurdle, and excel in their regional competition. I'm very proud of their accomplishment and wish them success at the state competition in April."
