RUSH to Host Construction Advisory Board Meeting, Now in its 15th Year
The leadership team at RUSH Construction understands that in order to be successful, it's important to take part in discussions with peer companies striving for similar goals. That is exactly what the Construction Advisory Board (CAB) is designed to do. Through respect, example, and accountability, each member of CAB is able to continually take steps to improve business practices and operations. This highly beneficial group meets at least twice a year, and has done so since 2002!

This March, RUSH will host the semi-annual CAB meeting, with representatives from the following five companies in attendance: Keller-Martin Construction (San Antonio, TX), TerWisscha Construction (Willmar, Minnesota), Cicero's Development (Plainfield, IL), Zartman Construction (Northumberton, PA), and RUSH Construction, Inc. (Titusville, FL). Each member is a part of the same industry, but are not competitors, and serve different markets.

The numbers are in! RUSH Construction now has a record number of man hours since a lost time incident has occurred:

RUSH's Employee Ownership Program Gains Three New Members
In January, all of RUSH Construction's shareholders and their spouses gathered for a special dinner, formally inducting three new employees as shareholders. Project Superintendent Mark Lucas, Estimator/Project Manager Tim Saunders, and Project Manager Justin Grantham are now all proud part-owners of RUSH Construction, Inc.!

"Being an employee-owned company is a strong part of the RUSH culture. From both the office and the field, our ownership structure provides our clients with a deeper level of attention when they are dealing with someone who has a vested interest in the success of their project," says William Chivers, President of  RUSH Construction.
