RVCC is offering Virtual Admissions Information Sessions in June, including special sessions focusing on pre-college options, visiting students, adults students and the College’s Beauty programs. Registration is suggested for all Admissions events.

RVCC offers a variety of scholarship opportunities for students to help finance their education. The College awards $300,000 in scholarships every year to deserving students, thanks to generous donations to the College Foundation.

RVCC participates in the New Jersey Community College Opportunity Grant Program, which offers free community college to qualified students. Eligible students receive free tuition and most educational fees for up to 18 credits a semester.

RVCC students majoring in disciplines across the curriculum have been honored for their achievements with the College’s annual Academic Awards.

RVCC celebrated the successes and achievements of over 1,300 graduates at the College’s second Virtual Commencement, held May 15.

Phoebe Chen of Hillsborough has been named the recipient of the RVCC Service Learning Leadership Award. The annual award honors students for their outstanding leadership and personal development attained through their service learning project and reflection activity.

RVCC and Western Governors University have signed a new agreement that creates pathways for RVCC students, graduates and employees to earn a bachelor’s degree at WGU.

RVCC’s Student Occupational Therapy Assistant Association (SOTAA) recently participated in a Drive-by Clothing Drive, collecting 322 bags of clothing and household items for clothingshoedrive.com. The program supports low-income areas and reduces unwanted textiles from going into overburdened landfills. The club received over $400 for the donations. The funds will be used to assist with community projects in both Hunterdon and Somerset counties.
