In the face of overwhelming opposition to the Presidential Emergency Board #250 recommendations from union members of all crafts and all rail unions, of all age groups and seniority, Railroad Workers United (RWU) is obliged to oppose the Tentative Agreement (TA) - based strictly upon the PEB - that has been reached between the officials of four unions (IAM, BRC, TCU, IBEW) and the National Carriers Conference Committee (NCCC). We wholeheartedly encourage all members of these unions to VOTE NO when they receive their ballot on the question.
