Race Weekend Guide

Hello TRi KiDS Fergus athletes and families!  We are looking forward to a great weekend - the 9th race of a 10-race TRi KiDS season.  The season is winding down and we have a SOLD OUT race!
 
Please review the RACE WEEKEND GUIDE carefully to ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone. Everything you need to know for a great race is in the Guide, on our website, and we also encourage athletes and parents to attend one of the orientation sessions when you pick up your race kit on Saturday, August 26th. 

Please take some time to read the Age Group Assignments page, Rules for Safety, FAQs, and the Registration page.
 
W e do not need to be informed of withdrawals. There are no refunds if your athlete is unable to race.

On race day we ask that every athlete is cheered on while they are swimming, biking and running. Call out their names and stick around to cheer on the older athletes.

Family Friendly Fall Events 

As the summer TRi KiDS season winds down we want to share a couple of events that also welcome youth. 

Join us in an "island way of life" celebration and enjoy a tropical twist on a racing event.  The Island Girl Half Marathon & 5K was created just for women and promises a lively, Caribbean-style running and walking event on a fast, scenic course on Toronto Island.  Steel drums, grass skirts and tropical fruit await you after your race.



Join us for the 1st annual Sara's Ride on Saturday, September 23rd. Sara's Ride is a mountain bike event in honour of Toronto Firefighter, Sara Rosen. A person who lived her life well, and was forever on a mission to help others.  
 
This epic event will flow as follows: 2 OR 4 hour, solo OR a team, race OR ride (you choose) at Albion Hills in Caledon, ON.   Learn more and register here.
