Congratulations Rachel!

Rachel, who graduated from our emergency shelter program several years ago, is celebrating a different kind of graduation this summer! For the past six years, Rachel has worked hard studying and attending DeVry University, while working and being mom to two children. With the support of her husband, Lennox, and her children, she never gave up and has now obtained her Bachelors Degree in Technical Management!

After a well-deserved break, Rachel's next goal is to obtain her Master's Degree and become a fully licensed banker. We have no doubt she will reach that accomplishment!
Congratulations, Rachel, on persevering once again and achieving your goals! We are all proud of you and wish you continued success on your journey!
COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS
Night Without a Bed!

Thank you to the many participants of Family Promise's first Night Without a Bed! Supporters all around Morris County and beyond slept on sofas, in cars, on floors and in tents to experience how a night without a bed would feel, just like someone who is experiencing homelessness.

We appreciate everyone's participation and enthusiasm in supporting our families!
COMMUNITY SUPPORT
Untracht Early

Thank you Untracht Early for donating a variety of household items and decor for individuals moving into new homes!

Your generosity helped create a welcoming space for some of our guests that are going home for the first time in a long time!
fatrabbit CREATIVE

Thank you fatrabbit CREATIVE for your donation of board games for the families in our programs! With school out for the summer, the games will provide fun and entertainment for many families!

We appreciate your generosity and help in making the summer more joyful for our neighbors in need!

*Thank you to Daniel Umana, Family Promise Board Trustee, for introducing fatrabbit CREATIVE to Family Promise
Sierra Trading Post

Thank you Sierra Trading Post for donating new women's and children's clothes, winter jackets, boots and shoes.

Your generosity provides a savings to our guests' budgets and also saves them from shopping in stores and taking health risks with their children!

Many of the families we serve are excited to have extra warm clothing for their little ones for the cold months ahead!
Air Conditioners Needed!

Would you like to help keep newly-housed guests cool and safe during these hot temps? With the extreme heat conditions, we are kindly asking for donations toward A/C units to help reduce the risk of heat-related concerns for our newly-housed individuals and families.

If you would like to make a contribution toward air conditioners that can be direct-shipped in a no-contact format, please contact Family Promise at info@FamilyPromiseMorris.org or call 973-998-0820. You may also click on the following link to make a donation online: DONATE

We appreciate all levels of support!
