Racing and Gaming Conference at Saratoga Announces Panel on HHR and Short‑Form Betting Innovation

SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY: The Racing and Gaming Conference at Saratoga (RGCS), to be held August 10-12 at the Saratoga Hilton, will feature a timely panel exploring how Historical Horse Racing (HHR) and other short‑form betting products are reshaping the wagering landscape. With hundreds of races run daily, horse racing provides continuous content that operators are now repurposing into new game formats designed to reach audiences beyond traditional racing fans.

The session, titled “HHR and Other Short‑Form Betting Games: Leveraging Horse Racing Content Beyond the Traditional Format,” will examine emerging products that use live races to power reveal‑style games tied to pari‑mutuel pools, as well as racing‑based formats aimed at fantasy sports players. Moderated by Marc H. Rubinstein, a Partner at Reid Rubinstein & Bogatz, the panelists include:

  • William Alempijevic, COO, AmWager
  • Russell Fine, President, Game Play Network, Inc.
  • Conor Lucas, Vice President of Government Affairs, Revolutionary Racing Kentucky
  • Jeff True, Senior Vice President, Sales & Client Services, 1/ST Technology

This year’s conference also will include:

  • Three sessions on the afternoon of Monday, August 10
  • Six panels on Tuesday, August 11
  • Three panels on the morning of Wednesday, August 12
  • A Welcome Party on Monday evening at the historic Adelphi Hotel
  • Twilight Racing Happy Hour at the Hilton on Tuesday
