We can’t wait to see you soon for the Racquet War Morocco Experience! Over the next few weeks, we’ll continue to update you with packing tips and helpful hints to make sure you’re fully prepared.



For now, here are the first few things we need from you:

✅ Action Items

• Flight Details: If you haven’t already, please email your complete flight itinerary to info@racquetwar.com.

• Passport Copy: Please also email a clear photo of your passport (the page with your picture and information) to info@racquetwar.com.

• Tennis Racquet: Don’t forget to pack your own racquet!

• Extra hotel nights: If you'd like to come in early or leave later and stay at the hotel, please add this information to your email with your passport and flight itinerary and we will book your room.

🧺 Laundry

The hotel offers laundry service if you’d like to refresh clothes during the trip.

🚐 Airport Transfers

Below are the pick-up and drop-off times for your airport transfers:

ARRIVAL

JANUARY 31, 2026

Fly into Marrakech Menara airport and we will pick you at noon. Your rooms will be ready when we get back and you'll will have time to rest or explore before an amazing dinner and show to start off your vacation!

DEPARTURE

FEBRUARY 7, 2026

We will take groups to the airport leaving the hotel at 9am and 11am (20 min to airport).
