Issue 49 | Fall 2022

Letter From the Chair

Dear All,

We are now well into the 2023 academic and fiscal years. As summer wound down, we welcomed our new residents (class of 2026) during a night at the Woo Sox and BBQ at Dr. DeBenedectis’ home, and welcomed our new faculty with a BBQ at Belkin Lookout Farm. Many of our residents, faculty and staff have been recently recognized by patients for whom they have a special impact, by organizations for academic or service achievements and by each other for being wonderful colleagues. In this issue we also feature our participation in the DEEP-Lung-IV project, recent grants and publications and the latest sci-fi thriller published by Dr. Scott Britz-Cunningham.

Best.
