Association Assessments

The monthly assessment for 2024 is $85. These assessments are billed and collected at $255 per quarter, due on the first day of the first month of each quarter (January 1, April 1, July 1, October 1).

You can register to receive your quarterly statements electronically via email.

We encourage all homeowners to authorize direct debit on the Alliance Bank portal for automatic payments of their quarterly assessments.

You will need the following information;

  • Management Company ID - 6675
  • Association ID - 589
  • Property Account ID - (6 digits found on statements)

CCMC has worked to simplify the process for payments. Here are some quick tips and tutorials.

Design Review

Are you planning to change the outside of your home or yard? Before any work begins, you must receive approval from the Radiance at Superstition Vistas Association. An application, site plan and supporting documents are required. This ensures that the chosen plants and trees align with the community guidelines. As a friendly reminder, fruit trees are prohibited within the community.

We are here to help!

We understand that some homeowners may have already started making changes. We are here to help and will work with you to get your projects through the approval process.

Do I call the HOA if there is a concern with my home build or with my home warranty?

While the HOA is a dedicated resource, we do not oversee your home warranty or build information. DR Horton handles anything that may come up with your home build or warranty. You can go to the DR Horton website to fill out a service request, or you can call DR Horton Customer Service at 480-791-1491.

Are dogs allowed in the community?

Yes, but we kindly remind all pet owners to please pick up after their furry companions. Keeping our community clean and enjoyable for everyone is a responsibility we all share. Also, for the safety and comfort of all residents, we kindly ask that dogs be kept on a leash at all times. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Thank you for being a conscientious neighbor!

Can we store trash/recycle bins in our driveway?

Trash and recycle bins should be stored so they are not visible from the street.

How can I share my thoughts, comments and suggestions about the community?

We value your input! Share your thoughts, ideas, and suggestions with us at radiancesv@ccmcnet.com. Your feedback helps shape the future of our community, ensuring it continues to be enjoyable for all residents.
