Ashland News Review

"Radium Girls" ultimately illuminates the struggle workers have had in this country just to be safe. It is about corporate greed and the often-innocent victims of that greed. But it is also about self-determined heroism. When you go see it, you will appreciate the struggle.

Radium Girls

Radium Girls by DW Gregory is a historical drama based on the true story of young women who worked as dial painters in the 1920s and were poisoned by the radium-based paint they used, leading to a fight for justice against their employer, the U.S. Radium Corporation.
